6. After spraying, the workpiece is sent to a certain temperature drying room for heating and drying to solidify the powder.

7. Dust removal and cleaning. After the coating has cured, remove the protective material and smooth the burrs.

8. Sanding. Use sandpaper to polish the old paint that needs to be sprayed with intermediate paint, and the middle paint after drying.

9. Inspection of coatings. Check the coating of the workpiece, and all defects such as leakage spray, bumps, needle bubbles, etc., should be reworked and resprayed.

10. Defect Handling. The workpieces detected with defects such as leakage spray, pinholes, bumps, bubbles, etc., are repaired or resprayed until there is no obvious abnormal phenomenon.
